Yoga Nidra Workshops:

Join Holly Anderson as she guides you through a lovely Sankalpa Exploration Practice and restful Yoga Nidra to help set your intentions and align your energy for the year ahead.


We’ll begin with a short physical practice to prepare the body, explore our individual Sankalpas, then settle in and guide our awareness through the senses, ending with space for integration and community.

 

Please bring:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Water and/or Tea

  • Journal or Sketchbook

  • Writing and/or Drawing Utensils

  • Eye mask/pillow.

Optional Items:

  • Item to place on our shared altar (examples: special crystal, object from nature, etc.)

  • A special shawl or blanket to use during your practice

  • Any bolsters, blocks, favorite blankets, etc. that you'd like to include in your Rest Nest

 

Holly Anderson is a Trauma-Informed E-RYT and Empowered Wisdom Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher. Her passion in life is to help you explore the best ways to support your individual needs and guide you through practices that bring you back home to your body with ease and grace.
